Upgrade from Fibre 2 to Full Fibre 100 + Digital Voice problem

Accepted the offer upgrade from FTTP Fibre 2 to Full Fibre 100 + Digital Voice on 29 September 2022 and received the confirmation email and order number afterwards. It stated that the new package start date was 30 September 2022. I have not got the package update yesterday and I checked the order status at 0001 on 01 October 2022 and have a yellow alert message: We are sorry your broadband isn't working yet, we got a specialist team working on it and will let you know as we have more news. Thanks for the patience.

Any experts know what is the reason behind and how can I deal with BT team.  Thank you.

try phoning FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and see if they can help you

 Thank you for the suggestion, I called the FTTP team and he told me due to upgrade the phone line to digital voice first. Once completed then the package will renew. Hope it is true.
