Upgrade problem..

 

Hi all.

So whenever I try to view upgrade options in my bt or on the website I get this message...

(I don't work for them never have)

I work silly hours so never get time to call or get in touch any ideas?

Odd you would get that, normally BT Group Employees have to input their Employee Identification Number in order to be taken to the Employee Discount Page.

Have you tried the usual of deleting all Cookies and Browsing History and trying again?
