Hi. I don't know if anyone has any info on how to go about this? When I try to upgrade online I get to the check out and then get told - you don't have a BT line! I wonder if this is because I have Line saver rental and so pay annually.
When I ring the number in the email I just get stuck in a never ending queue. Having spent 2 whole days trying to get someone (and half an hour this morning) I have given up.
Does nyone knoe if there is another way of upgrading or if it's even worth the time and trouble to upgrade?
