Hopefully someone can assist me.
I have Infinity 2 Unltd, i activated my 50GB inclusive upgrade, 3-4 weeks ago.
I still only receive 2GB Storage available.
The Call centres have not been a great deal of help.
I would just like to get my issue resolved.
Has anyone else experienced the same ?
I haven't seen that (other than just for a day or so while systems get in sync).
There is a separate number for BT Cloud issues: 0800 500 3114. Try that.

My 50GB has just been activated, mysteriously out of the blue.

50GB working: excellent.
Phone number bad: I guess that's the way lots of BT service goes ....
Check the other threads about BT Cloud before you rely on it too much.
Good for things like photo sharing. But not so good for backup as it automatically deletes files when you delete them from your machine, and doesn't keep back versions of changed files.
the other issue with the cloud service is that unlike other services you have to name each device and if you re-format a pc or reset your phone, you can't use the same name on the service unless you delete it of the cloud as well.
I use another cloud service and find it very useful and lot easier to manage and locate stuff
