Upgraded my broadband,not received link for gift card

Upgraded broadband and should have got a link to my username email address.not received it was for £75

Are you sure you're eligible for a gift card? normally the cards are for new customers as an introductory welcome gift, you've mentioned upgrading your broadband, as an existing customer this would exclude you from introductory offers.

It was a new 2 year contract and the gift card was the reason I went for it .it was in my offers when I had logged into my account

Are you outside the new 14 day cooling off period? any gifts with orders are typically sent when customers are outside the cooling off period, if you are outside that timeframe give BT a call, they'll have more info.
