Upgraded to BT Infinity 2 Unlimited Without Consent
Has anyone else had this done to them?
I signed up a few years ago on the BT Infintiy Option 1 Unlimited and my last four bills have shown that actually, I am on BT Infinity 2 Unlimited. I am paying £31.10 per month for an upgraded service that I didn't give consent to receving and hasn't shown any increase in speed anyway!
My speed when I took out Infinity was 38Mbs and it's remained that way since.
I am a bit annoyed at the possibility of being overcharged for a service that I didn't ask for and that I'm not seeing benfits from anyway. Surely this falls foul of some mis-selling regulation?
I've done the online chat and call centre, but they can only check my last four bills and tell me that I'm on BT Infinity 2 Unlimted. Basically, I'm not getting anywhere with them.
