I recently ordered an upgrade to my broadband from ADSL to FTTC but the activation date of 30th January has now passed, and I'm still connecting with ADSL. My order is still listed as open, and I've not received any notifications to alert me to any problems, so should I expect this to resolve itself or will I need to contact someone at BT?
Its possible that the cabinet is full, and your order is waiting for a port to become free.
In order to find out what services and speed range you should be getting, please enter your phone number into this form.

Thanks for the link, the results are below and don't show an availability problem (please excuse the formatting!).

Thanks, I cannot see any issues.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
