Just wondering is it still not possible to upgrade full fibre online.
I'm due to upgrade and go through it online but still says we can't show you personalised deals unless you already have broadband with us. I can re contract online but i will have to pay £64 a month for full fibre 250 which is a lot more than it shows online even for full fibre 900
I would like to see the deals in-front of me that i can get rather than call and be on hold and then have different deals read out to me to make a decision there and then or have to call back and wait for an hour again.
