Upgrading and £75 gift card
Hi
My broadband, tv and phone package contract came to an end a few months ago and I have been enquiring about a new package. I am interested in the 500 fibre broadband, the big entertainment TV, HD and unlimited calls.
On the my bt home page it says that I would be entitled to a £75 gift card if I upgrade to the 500 fibre broadband. However, when I rang the customer service said that she was unable to see this offer as it wasn't on her system.
Is this an online offer only or am I able to do it over the phone? Also When I try to add the package online I can only add the broadband and not the TV etc - so is it just a broadband only offer?
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated

Re: Upgrading and £75 gift card
Hi @Splash1
Thanks for coming to the community.
I'm not seeing anything with an offer with a gift card as part of the offers at the moment either, but we can only see what new customers would see on the website, and not existing customer offers and whether it would be online only.
In terms of the TV package, does it take you to the TV options after you select 'Customise package'? That should take you through all the extras and TV packages.

Re: Upgrading and £75 gift card
Thanks for your response. Yes when I select the offer it does not allow me to select a TV package. I will ring the customer services. It seems unusual that it does not come up on their system but does in my offers.
