Hello all, was just recently connected after 2 months and have racked up a decent amount of compensation. I originally wanted fibre 900 but they reverted me to an old order(fibre 500) to speed the process up. I would like to upgrade my broadband back up to the 900 package but had 2 questions. 1. If I upgrade will I be without broadband, or will my speed stay the same until whatever they need to do on their end is sorted? and 2. Will my compensation that I have earned carry over to the upgraded contract.
Thanks in advance.

There will be no risk of being without service as it's just a speed adjustment it will just change at some point on the new start date. Any compensation will be sat on the account so that will not be effected either.

Re: Upgrading and Compensation
Thanks for the reply, and yeah that’s what I thought but I thought I would just ask to be sure. Appreciate it!
