Hi I'm hoping this question may get asked alot so hopefully a simple solution I have had my Broadband activated since 28.11.19 but still awaiting my Marks and Spencer voucher has other users experienced similar issues and how long did yours take to get posted to home address

https://www.broadbandbenefits.co.uk/marksandspencers/Default.asp and have the 45 days for delivery passed?

I have claimed via the benefit website is it 45days from then ...so 45days to claim then 45days to arrive
Did you just claim it today on the benefit website?

Then it will be 45 days from the 15th January, before you can chase it up.
Who would I end up chasing this up with would it be the customer services team as am still awaiting and the clocks ticking .any assistance would be awesome
