Anyway you may find that the task that is delaying the closure of your order, may simply be delayed, and it will fix itself by the end of the week.
The end of the week!!! I want it sorting asap as in this morning!!! You have issued me a bill dating from 13th February which includes a charge for BTTV and my 2nd sim, even tho I havent been able to gain access too them at all yet, and which your system states aren't even active yet!! So how was it that your system can still generate the bill with no problems? Obviously there must be something on the system if it generates my bill as normal!!??
Making me think about switching providers already!!......Terrible service 😞
