View Bill not working

When I try to view my bill in MyBT all I get is the page header and footer.  I have tried on both my PC and iPad and get the same result on both devices. 

This problem is related to the MyBT website but there is no board for that

Thanks for your post and welcome back!

I'm sorry to see you're having problems viewing your bill on your online MyBT profile.  I understand that you're only seeing the header and footer of the page on different devices.
