I can’t get my BT to show my bill. I don’t think somehow it is linked correctly but also can’t see how to do it? Any wise people can advise ?
Hi @fly1962, welcome back to the community and thanks for posting, are you sure you're using the correct BT ID as you can register more than one?
You may need to link it to your BT account number to do that login to MyBT click your details then account. From there you can add your BT account number to the BT ID which will enable you to view your bills.
