I receive an email from you with a link to view my bill. When I click on the link I am taken to a page (after logging in) called "Your Products" and all I see is a link to add a mobile package. On previous attempts I have seen an error message. I have not been able to view my bill sometime.
A quick look through this forum suggests that this has been an issue for other users as well.
Could someone advise how to resolve it?

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.
Rather than using a link in an email, which could be a spam/phishing email, you should try logging on to your MyBT and view your bill from there.
There is a direct link to the MyBT log on page in the menu bar at the top right of this page that you can use.
