I need to see a list of phone calls I made in July 2018. How do I do this?
When I use the Billing History options on BT I can only see bills from the past 15 months.
(I use online billing; my bills are all itemised with a list of calls and have been since 2010.)

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. You are only able to view the last 15 months within MyBT anything older than this you will need to call 0800 800 150 and ask for a copy of the July 18 bill.
