Voucher code

Hi,

Received an email on the 24 June stating:

Hello,
Your broadband is now up and running. This means you’ll soon be able to choose a tech gift from us. You’ll be able to pick from either a JBL Bar Studio speaker, a Hive Smart Lights Pack or an Amazon Echo.
We’ll send your voucher code in 30 days so keep an eye out for our email.
Thanks,

Still waiting for the voucher code and Mark and Spencers vouchers.

Not sure how the process works and how to claim?

Thank you for posting.

I'm sorry you haven't received your rewards as part of signing up to BT. What date was your order placed and what package was included in your order?

With regards to the M&S voucher, have you already claimed this using the link - https://www.broadbandbenefits.co.uk/marksandspencers/

Hi PaddyB,

Package is Max 4K Sport 4K ordered on 28 May 2019 ( order number VOL013-******** )

I have also used the link to claim the M and S vouchers but again not luck so far.
