Waiting 2 months for broadband!



I have been waiting for 2 months now for broadband to be connected to an exsiting phone line, I have gone through 4 'personal advisor' and I have been given every excuse in the book as to why there is a delay.


It is impossible to get through to someone on the phone to speak to (I have been on hold for an hour on some ocasion without getting through). I was given the date of 05/10/2016 for an update and have had no update and I cant get through on the phone. They are blaming open reach, however I think I am going to go to a different supplier now, I understand that this will put me to the back of the que in terms of openreach, however I am sure another provider would actually be contactable and might actually get on top of openreach and sort this out.


What are your throughts? Is it worth leaving?

That would affect all suppliers that use Openreach.


You must have your phone service with BT Retail, to order BT Infinity.
