Want to cancel BT sports lite

Just noticed that I'm being charged for the sports lite package on top of my normal monthly fee. Is there a way I can cancel this without have to call?

You'll need to call and give 30 days notice to cease it, ring 0800 800 150 and you want either the Value team or Loyalty team.
