I contacted a BT advisor to ask if they can help me in linking my BT broadband with EE sims in order to get a standard household "Together: benefit. I was informed that it wasnt possible as they are 2 different services. Can anyone guide me regarding that linking BT broadband with EE sims. Does it really exist? If yes, why was I not helped, please?
Regards
Hi @phbaloch What makes you believe that that is possible? A bit like trying to use a B&Q discount card in Screwfix, just because they are both owned by Kingfisher.
I found in "BT and EE special discount for new BT and EE households".
Eligible Customers can link their BT account to a selected pay monthly EE mobile number registered at the same address as their BT service to claim 10% off the monthly price of the registered EE plan.

Thanks
Hi @phbaloch So are you a new BT broadband or new EE mobile customer? Section 2 eligible customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if you don’t have to take the offer at the same time as you join.
i dont fall in exclusion criteria. Also , how could I redeem an offer, as there was no link in emails sent to me. Neither by BT, nor by EE, after set up.
You will probably need to go through the complaint process .whether you meet the criteria for the offer is unclear as the phrases
selected BT Broadband customers
and
selected EE customers
crop up in the Eligible Customers definition.
plus later on
The Offer is not to be used in conjunction with other offers unless expressly stated by BT or EE.
and typically many contracts with BT and/or EE might have included offers.
Did you retain a screenprint or snapshot of the offer being made during your order journey ?
