We have not received commitment for the order yet, so it may become delayed

Hi,

 

Simple provider switch due on Tuesday from PlusNet to BT.

 

Phone went accross pretty painlessly but still no Infinity package on my line. 

 

Done the online chat and called the helpdesk a few times and no straight answer about what the problem is or when it might be fixed. 

 

Anyone know how I can get this moving?

 

I need my broadband for work!
