We're sorry your order has not progressed as expected

Hi all, I hope you're looking after yourselves and keeping well.

I recently signed up to BT after moving house and everything was going fine until today. I haven't received an email or text stating anything, it was only in my order tracker.

It says

We're sorry your order has not progressed as expected. We need to speak to you to confirm your details.

I've been trying to get in touch all day to no avail, I needed the Internet to be set on this date and I'm confused as to why its doing this. I have a BT line here already and that was checked as fine when signing up, all my details are as stated. 

Has this happened to anyone else?
