Finally getting round to attend to an issue that has been bugging me for months. BT routinely email me to advise that my monthly bill is ready to view. However when I do try to access it I get the following screen. I can access my BT Email but the billing side is eluding me.
Previously I've put it down to an issue at my end but now, after the fourth successive month (at least) of trying to see the promised information I'm resorting to asking for the help of the community.
Any suggestions?

from your image it looks like the BT id is no longer linked to a active account,
if you know your account number and have a spare email address I would normaly suggest just creating a new BT id
as this takes about 15 mins.
if you dont have a spare email address you might want to give BT a call ask them to delete that BT id with the email address in use then create it with just the account you want (this takes about a day)
