I'm sorry that you've been locked out of your BTID. Normally a password reset would do the trick but I can see you're still having problems after trying that.
Have you spoken with anyone since you posted this? If you're still in the same boat reply back and we'll pick this up and give you a hand from here.
Thanks for the reply. I managed to get through to the online chat to sort this out, and am now able to access my account.
