I have today received an automated email from BT, stating that I have placed an order for Superfast Fibre upgrade. I suspect this has happened as a result of my recent discussions with BT about improving my broadband speed. Please note that I am already a 'Superfast Fiber Plus' customer.
Could someone help me understand more about this "Superfast Fibre upgrade" service and also understand the differences between this new and my current broadband service (i.e. "Superfast Fiber Plus").
