I have left BT and my change over was on the 30th July, my account says I get my bill on the 5th Aug but nothing yet.
Can anyone help?
Typically 7 days after you leave a final bill is produced, if you have a BT email address, that is downgraded to 'Basic Email' which keeps the account active, future bills will be for £0.00 but as it's a service, it means you don't get a final bill as you haven't technically left.
On day 11 now and nothing, Tried to ring but gave up. I want to cancel my direct debit and finalise everything.

When was your last bill produced, as its possible you will have to wait until the next billing date to receive a final closing bill?
Yes the service has completely ceased and I was transferred to the new company on the 30th July.
