In what way is it not working? Works perfectly for me, always has done. Presumably you are accessing via MyBT?
It was down earlier today, and from another posting it seemed to have been down for a couple of days. Yes, this was from my BT.
I think it would be useful if BT could put a message up that's better than "come back later" - ideally some indication of when they think it will be back up.
