Hi wondering if anyone could help me out. I placed the order on the 11/02/2020 and went active on the on the 10/03/2020. Yesterday was the last day of the 14 day cooling off period and I have not received any emails at all. I never got the initial email confirming eligibility but after contacting the live chat they assured me I was eligible but still no codes or emails.
I ordered the package through a live chat agent on the 11th February who confirmed i would be getting the xbox but have not been able to get anymore information for when i will receive the code.

Hi @Bell1 as you were given the code over the phone in could be one of the characters is not correct as a capital letter etc. Check your emails as it should be sent to you automatically and also check that it has not been sent to your spam /junk folder. Let me know how you get on.
The code won't work in the BT shop, follow the link that was shared and it will work for you.
Hi, I don't know if this is the place to post, but are there severe delays or do I just keep falling through the cracks?
I've been on and off with BT phone support since the offer ended chasing up my code but still haven't got it. I even had a manager tell me two weeks ago that it was on the way and I only needed to wait but since then still no code. I've even escalated a complaint but now haven't heard back within the five working day period I was meant to.
I really don't know what else I can do at this point so thought I'd try here.
