I am an existing customer, I moved house and wanted to cancel.
They advised me not to cancel and offered me this, on the 19/02 i took them up on the offer. Nothing received, What do i do now?
All was done over the phone so calls are recorded?
Got told on live chat my Xbox would come with my equipment but only received the router got told on the phone yes it’s on it’s way but still nothing other than the email with a location scale on it
Hi @Shane12 sorry for the incorrect information provided on the chat service. The information in the email is correct and your broadband needs to be active for 28 days and you get the next email. Has you broadband been active for 28 days yet?

it took a little over 24 hours before I was contacted, and in my experience they have been very helpful
28 days now is it? it do say on a email not long your gift will be with you it got a time scale on it saying broadband live date then it got 14 days then it got 30 days to choose gift ????
