I placed an order for a new broadband/tel.line on January 29. I payed upfront 29£ for equipment and installation i think.
And the equipment is supposed to arrive on 13 of February. Engineer visit - 15 Feb.
Now, since I've changed my mind, I called twice to cancel the order and I've been told that my order was cancelled.
The problem is I didn't receive an email confirmation yet, and on MyBt online account the order is sill open/pending.
My question is how long will it take for an order cancellation to go through?
