Why I have been overcharged even I have received confirmation email
I checked with the customer team and they confirmed to me that I have been wrongly charged £48.44 instead of £34.99. Why I have been overcharged even I have an agreement and received a confirmation email from BT Team on 03.03.20 at 20.39 hrs. I have just spoken with Chris from billing team and Chris confirmed me that he can see the noted and it has not been done. I want to know why they did not do adjustment properly? The customer is in trouble calling to BT every month for 1 hrs.
The Community is a customer to customer platform where customers can help each other, your post doesn't go directly to BT. Sometimes the MODs will jump onto a thread and offer help, I can see one has already edited your post but not offered help so it looks like this is not something they can help with at the moment.
