Hi Kizzyinez,

 

I can totally understand your frustration and I am sorry that BT has let you down and that activation failed yet again. From what you have said it does sound like there is a error with the data for your line and routing is incorrect. I'll get someone to pick up you case, they will be in touch on Monday to discuss your complaint.
