I check my support history to find that I can see a couple of other peoples chat history - I have removed any potential personal data - however I can see it... anyone else got this issue? I can see mobile numbers /landline and address with postcode. perhaps a mix up with emails or test calls?

I have already highlighted your complaint to the relevant teams and they are super keen on investigating but we just need the details to do so.
On another note, I would also like to figure out why you are unable to use the private message functionality, could you please try and respond to the private message I sent you and if you get the same error, please screen shot that and post in on this thread. I will then share this with our supplier.
