Why has my BT Broadband order been amended and broadband cancelled?
I placed an order on the 8th of June for fibre optic broadband and BT tv, with a £100 prepaid Mastercard.
On my 'track my order page', it says my order was amdended on the 14th of June and my broadband has been cancelled. I personally did not authorise this or change anything to make this happen.
However, my home hub has still been delivered (Wednesday 22nd of June), my service is activated and my phone line reconnected on the 24th of June. I tried to connect to the wifi today and discovered this amendment.
Why would it have been cancelled and what can I do about it? How do I ensure I still recieve the prepaid Mastercard as on my offer?
