My bill is usually £42.99 a month, today I checked and my bill for Febuary is 47.91: saying my package is 45.49 with an added change sayinh 2.42 for broadband and calls. Just confused as to why my price has increased, my special offer is still active also so it's not that I renewed quite recently.

There was a small price increase in January which affected all people.
Personalised emails were sent out in December, outlining how the increases would affect your contract.
