Why isn’t anything working

I had my bill stopped on the Tuesday of this week, got paid on the Wednesday and paid the bill for it. Funnily enough never had an issue now all of a sudden it says “restart subscription” yet I have paid the £25, it’s came out my bank? So who have I paid£25 too? When I have an email screenshotted saying my bills been paid? Half the website doesn’t work,live chat can never get a hold of anyone? 
I want my money back I’m not paying for a service I can’t even use
