Wowcher voucher for BT sports on SKY

I can’t activate the code.
I’ve spoke too 0800800150 number twice, online chat x3. Is there any mods that can help me directly. I can send my sky viewing card number, voucher code etc.

This stuff shouldn’t be as stressful surely.

I have purchased a wowcher code for by sports on sky however on entering code it says...Sorry...
