I’m having the same issue with the Wowcher deal, could somebody post a number that could help as the three times I have called nobody knows what to do? Can a MOD help?
Call the 0800 800 150 number when asked to imput a number say Easy Assist, to get to the easy assist team. They know about the issue and should be able to sort the issue. They have just succesfully sorted it for me.
The hold time to get through to this team was about 20 minutes for me. It will probably be longer now I've posted this...

All sorted for me too! I used the original number from the mod. It did take a while, but sounds like its filtering through the office now and people are aware of the issue.
I have one very grateful husband.... phoned this number from paddy and got through to a very helpful man who sorted it straight out for us
All sorted at last... followed advice and rang number paddy gave. All sorted within 15 mins, happy husband getting ready for spurs vs Chelsea match now
