Firstly, the app won't let me log in and I'm not sure if this is related or not. My main issue is when logging on via a browser my account number is wrong compared to the email confirmation I had when first setting up FTTP broadband (month ago). My account also shows no products under "My products" section. On top of all of this my broadband won't connect and PON is flashing.
Can anyone help???
