Wrong address

Hi

For the last 6 years BT seem to have two addresses for me. The correct one and one which is the first one on the drop down list of house names for my road. Everytime I contact BT I am promised they will correct it, which never happens. I  have just upgraded my broadband, the kit was sent to the correct address, the engineer was directed to the incorrect address! The people who live at the incorrect address are fed up with having to redirect mail or people everytime I upgrade. They seem to have stopped believing that I have actually contacted BT about this! What can I do? The address on the bills is correct. I live in a small village and don't want to antagonise my neighbours further.
