Wrong package

I was with sky for my broadband and had there unlimited package, i spoke to somebody online and asked there advice before i ordered my infinty, they suggested getting the 25g deal as i do not download alot, i have been on this package for 6 days and just had an email to say i have already used 18g of my package, i have just looked at seeing how to upgrade to unlimited and now found out that it will cost me an extra £26 a month, where as the deal for the unlimited is only £2 difference online, i don;t get how come it is going to cost me so much, when i asked for advice before signing up to the deal.

Any discount that was applied to your original package, will also be applied to your new package. The customer options people will sort this out.
