Wrong phone number

I've just noticed that the call protect service on my landline has stopped since a recent re-contract

When I go into "my BT" & check "service" it shows my correct number

I then go into upgrade calling features to switch on call protect & the screen then shows a telephone number from a previous address & refuses to continue as I do not have a landline number although it shows the rest of my plan correctly

Is this something a mod can help with ?

We are happy to help you. We'll have to get your online billing account checked. We'll also be able to order it from our end.

To get in touch with us, click on my user name and then copy and paste the link under "Moderation Team Email Address" into your browser.  Complete that form and we'll get back in touch with you.
