Hi! Hoping someone can help!! I have recently moved in to a new building. I have ordered broadband twice since moving in and both times my order was cancelled. I rang customer services and was told the order was cancelled as the building wasn't registered with royal mail. It now is registered however the postcode provided by them for the address is different to the one listed on openreach so i still can't process my order. There was an openreach socket installed when i moved in and the address is listed under a different postcode. How can i get this resolved?

Provided your address is correct on the Royal Mail Postcode Database, then simply place an order on this page for a phone line.
If your address does not appear in the dropdown list, then simply enter it in on the form underneath, and the Openreach database will be updated, and your order can then be progressed.
Once the phone line is working, then you can order broadband.
