Wrongly charged

Asset setting up internet banking for the account I use to pay bt, I’ve discovered that they’ve been charging me 2 separate monthly bills for at least a year. 

my normal bill of £45 and a separate charge of £60.99 that I was unaware of until now. 

after waiting on the phone for an adviser she told me it was for an old address I haven’t lived at since 2014, then promptly hung up. What are my chances of getting this sorted and getting the money back that I’ve been charged for someone else’s internet connection?
