XBOX Game Pass Ultimate - Stumped

Hello. I can see there are lots of issues signing up for the XBOX Game Pass Ultimate. I'm having the same issues. Sometimes I can't see the offer in the "content partner" section. When I can and I try to add i it I get a "System down for maintenance" alert. I've called the number 0330 1234 150 suggested but I was informed that they can't activate it over the phone. Does anybody have any ideas how to get it to work. Thank you

Welcome to the BT Community

Just to confirm its via the BT website you are trying to add it and not the BT app? And your broadband has been active for over 2 weeks? 

If so and you are unable to add the Game Pass our team should be able to raise an X-box escalation form for your account to help get it resolved.

Hello Alex. Yes, my account is active for a few months and I'm trying to do it via the BT website. I have an email telling me I will get 6 months free and then £12 a month thereafter. I did speak to BT on the phone but was told they couldn't do it that way. An escalation would be welcome. Thank you

@Andrew321 I am sorry about that as it sounds like the agent you spoke to has not been aware of the steps. We don't have account access through these forums unfortunately, but when you get a chance give us another call and and request an agent sends the form off for you and that will get it sorted for you.
