I have just realised I have been being charged for several months for the XBOX Game Pass Plus.
I have never activated this on my account (I don't even have an Xbox!) & didn't;t even know it existed, & nobody else has access to my MyBt account!
I called Bt to ask what date it was activated & how, and also how do I stop it. However, the lady I spoke to was not very helpful, and when she but me on hold she then cut me off & didn't call me back.
I've googled & figured out how to stop the pass autorenewing, however I am wondering how I go about obtaining a refund for the charges for the pass which I did not activate.
