I have received an email today at 16:01pm this afternoon in reference in claiming the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 12m however when I go to the products the Content Partner section is missing. I have read up in regards to this problem before and it seems to be resolved by removing an old ID on the account and attaching it to a new one but this is a newly setup account that has only just been made 3 days ago when our broadband was fitted so I would have assumed already that the new BT ID has been setup correctly. Just wondering if there is any fixes other than that for this?
Have you paid your first bill as setup only 3 days old?

Yes I am using the web version on PC and not the mobile app. The first bill was produced but DD has not been taken out yet as not the DD Date for it.
