I received an email explaining that I should receive a code for a Xbox X etc 14 days after my broadband was activated but it’s been over a month and I’ve not received anything. Can someone please investigate.
If you are a new customer to BT you become eligible for the gift after 14 days have passed but it can take up to 28 days after that and possibly longer with the current crisis, for the email to be sent to you so you can claim your Xbox from the BT Shop, who will then dispatch it.
It seems to be taking much longer, judging by other posts on this forum.
Thanks Keith. I still haven't recieved the email and it's been over 2 months now. Is there a number I can call or is there someone on here that can help?
