My BT broadband package ordered on 21st March and went live on 29th April. Except for a brief email explaining I would be contacted again within 14 days of broadband going live to choose the free gift I've heard nothing more. The choices at the time were: A Samsung Galaxy tablet, an Amazon Echo or a Fitbit Charge 3.
I contacted customer care 2 weeks back, they raised the issue with gift team and asked me to wait for 5 working days but even after 10 working days I have yet to hear anything back from them.
Could anyone please look into the issue?

Hi @saurabh_vit007 I'm really sorry the gift team are taking over 2 weeks to resolve problems at the moment. Can you give it a few more days and if you don't hear back by Monday post back to let us know and we'll be happy to chase this up?
