appalling menu system

 

Your menu system is appalling.

I had a problem with setting up  a direct debit.

 

When I finally got to a human, she didn't understand what I wanted and referred me to her supervisor. What actually happened was that I was put back in the queue and just left on hold

 

I think I have sorted it out using your live chat but my hopes are low.

 

Why doesn't BT invest in a better help system?
